Founded by the Ho family in 1982 (long before tofu was all the rage), Horium Foods set out to make local tofu in Montreal’s Saint-Henri neighbourhood. By combining Chinese traditions and food science, Dr. Chong Hong Ho crafted his own novel tofu recipe that starts right from the bean. Today, Horium tofu products can be found at the finest retail outlets across the city.
